Southern Charmer

When Jason Moattar moved into his Plaza Towers condo, he had no idea he'd still be in love with it 10 years later. '[The building] was so nondescript that I really never noticed it, which turns out to be one of the things I love most,' says Moattar, who, along with his sister, runs Moattar, LTD, a 40-year-old, high-end, family-owned-and-operated rug company. The building was the first high-rise in Buckhead, and despite the newer and more contemporary residences sprouting up on Peachtree, it remains a favorite because of its large floor plans, which Moattar has taken full advantage of.
